Setting the Lora to 1 should do the trick in most cases, that said if its little too strict (especially if your trying to do poses beyond the portrait) you can bring it down to as low as 0.7

Triggerword is betasinferno, that said it seems to be not that necessary (maybe I messed up on training it somewhere >.>) , just some variation of 1girl, mole, lips, flipped hair (or messy hair), short hair, brown eyes should do the trick,
