The position / angle of feet is a bit unnatural in this pose to my eyes. You have to stretch the feet very hard so that the feet is in a straight line with the calf. When relaxed, there should be an ankle angle. Try it yourself by lying on stomach with legs up and you will see what I mean.
I have no idea what you compaining about but the dataset I trained on disagrees with you, the pose is possible how else I'd trained this.
@Murky I'm sorry if I didn't express myself clear enough. In the sample picture, the feet are like they are dancing ballet where the ankle's angle is almost -90 degree (or a straight line between calf and feet), which is what I mean unnatural. Maybe these pose are in your training sets, but they are still unnatural, the model has to stretch the feet hard. There should be an ankle's angle from 20 to -40 for normal people when relaxed.
