Maurice Tillet (23 October 1903 – 4 September 1954) was a Russian-French professional wrestler, better known by his ring name, The French Angel/The Angel.

They say he's the inspiration for the character Shrek. I say, rad! Some say it was Chris Farley. Ok. Others say it was from a book. Alright already. In my mind he's king.
