You have a very conceptually difficult Lora and give absolutely no indication as to how to use it. You also don't include any prompt guidelines in your example images. Why publish something if you're not going to explain how to use it?
Conceptually it may seem difficult, but in reality it's incredibly easy since the lora does all the heavy lifting. I literally had to put "handjob, tablet" into the prompt to get a correct result (though I use comfy, so you may need to add the trigger word or something if you're using a1111/forge, but that's standard practice and doesn't require directions). Otherwise, I can tell you I used 1.00 strength on my example gens but that's only relevant if you're using the same model as me; people use a ton of different checkpoints and they all play a little differently with loras and need different strengths, so it's kind of an arbitrary number to give. Aside from that, I don't believe in giving tons of guidelines/directions and would rather encourage experimentation.

You should try to generate a lora of the female you used while generating this one because it makes all the women I'm generating that much prettier!
