You can change to fp8 at runtime in comfy, and probably other UIs as well.

The previews look really nice and I would love to give it a try! Is it possible to provide FP8 version without the VAE and text encoders? This will be greatly appreciated. I want to try it out with controlnets and in this case the BF16 version won't fit even on my RTX 3090. Thanks in advance! 🤗
You should be able to change at runtime to use fp8.
@EnragedAntelope Oh, I didn't know that. Thanks for the tip! Still, just the U-Net of an FP8 version will take up less disk space which is getting really scarce now.
