    @Ithlinni 你好，我觉得是底模用1.5的原因，我用同样的素材，用sd1.5练出来的lora，出图用chilloutmix，出来的图就和你这个lora一样，有点卡通，但是用chillmix当底模，练出的lora出图就很真人，你可以试试chilloutmix当底模，你这个7.0比之前的好多了，但还是有点2次元，希望能够加油，期待你的新模型，我也很喜欢irene.

    @qingdi 7.0就是CHILLOUTMIX当底模的，不过练出来了以后又混了一点之前的。CHILLOUTMIX虽然练出来的很真人，但是对素材的要求很高，出来的模型会放大素材的缺点，我已经练了很多次歪脸/长脸的失败品了，而且如果素材都抠图，最后用LORA出图的时候人物和背景都有割裂感，素材如果都选用怼脸高质量的，出来的LORA又不太能根据PROMPT变化，所以整体成功的难度要比用SD1.5难上很多。

    在我IU模型的下面很多人就更喜欢用SD1.5练的，不喜欢太写实的感觉，所以我这里也混了一下。

    @Ithlinni 受教了，也可以把chill out底模练的lora发出来看看，反正也这么多版本了，顺便问下，你是多少张图片练的呢，图片都是什么样的

    @qingdi 这次的才20多点，但是应该图多了效果更好？这点我没把握。太难挑选图片了，很多图片都各种各样的原因不敢用。

    至于图的类型以我的经验来说还是简单背景的图效果最好，类似那种摄影棚里拍的那种的广告海报，然后大部分要是正面的脸或者半身的，侧面/全身/复杂背景/抠图的作为补充。

    IRENE这个用CHILLOUTMIX练的单独用效果不够好，就不发上来了。IU那个V3.0和孙娜恩那个也是CHILLOUTMIX练的，效果还比较满意。

    @OwenHD 是可以的，但是如果只有脸部自拍出图就很难出身体，或者身体差异比较大。我看别人介绍的一种新的方法是训练图全是脸部，把带身体的部分放在正则图像中，目前我也在测试效果，好像是还不错。

    VAE的话我暂时都没有使用。

    @Ithlinni 想再请教一下. 如果第一次产出的lora还可以但不太满意 (有时6-7成像,有时不像). 是再训一个新的, 还是继续训练现有的? 继续训练的话是用新的图吗, 试过几次反而越训练越不像.

    @OwenHD 我试过继续训练效果都不太好，在图片数量不是很多的前提下应该是重新练一个更好。你可以试试把两次训练的LORA融合一下。

    能说一下<lora:irene_v70:1>这个tag的意思嘛？下划线加上V70:1是啥意思？

    :1是LORA的权重，前面是LORA的名字。就是启用这个LORA的意思。你可以把1改成0~1甚至大于1来控制这个LORA对生成图像的影响。建议是1和0.9就行。

    Probably the best Celebrity Lora. Can use with most models and will get good results. The face is very refined. Curious on how it was done. Must've been a lot of source images.
