This Lora creates muscular women for realistic models. It should work with most realistic and semi-realistic Illustrious and Pony based models.

Version 2 is trained on a new dataset. The muscles now look a bit more realistic.

The best method to adjust the muscle size is to increase or lower the weight of muscle related tags.
