Looks to me as if rank is too high. This is a very simple concept no need for it to be 300MB. Try rank 8 and a learning rate of 5e-4 over 3000 steps with no captions, only a trigger.
Thanks for the advice. I've gone with the settings recommended by the developer but I'll look into it. Are you referring to the Flux or XL version or both?
The Flux one, I think the recommended settings are for doing a quick lora of a person or celebrity. Style loras often need a slightly different approach. This is because the model has seen lots of people and very few paintings overlaid with wood grain!

@CreativeEdge Am using Fluz Gym at present. Has all the options you need. Though you need a 4090 for reasonable train times.
