@psoft For your reference images, do you need just the background only, or character + bg?
@es69 I found that the best results come from using both. 25-50 of bg and 50-100 of chara+bg could be a good amount to work with. less than that and it may not work.
I just figured out that lots of Loras created by you are able to provide stable results while keeping the size of Lora extremely tiny. You are a incredibly talented genius man~~
I like the fact that his lora's dont affect the overall model/checkpoint art style :)

I think a lot of people focus to much on representing something so specific that they forget that it needs to integrate well with the base model and be flexible.
this warrants a the most important piece of the puzzle, a good dataset: solid representation of the concept (should be perceptible in a thumbnail), quantity and diversity (similar images but with a lot of variation), and how well the base model already understands the key elements of the concept.
I have a ton of more loras but I only post the ones that I believe are the best I can do with the dataset available.

I saw that (don't know if I replied back). I already collected data for that, but I still need to do the tedious part: selecting which ones are good to keep and the ones to remove. doing that for 100s of images gets old really fast :D
