Not sure why but this ANIMA Lora works very differently locally in ComfyUI than on CivitAI. 🤷♂️
IL and NAI versions are "Semi-Realistic" the ANIMA version is full realistic.
Right now this "Semi-Realistic" because I liked this mix between real and anime, but someday I plan to make something that is fully realistic. There are some great checkpoints that can make realistic on Illustrious but they don't support on-site generation so I made this Lora!

Nice, I did notice Anima is actually quite capable at semi-real already and sometimes you even get a quite convincing full real one if the lighting does a bit of the masking.
Thanks! Yeah I've seen some great realistic images with Anima so I wanted to try to make it more consistent but this style isn't all the way there. This was trained on 600+ images so I'm thinking if I can train with 1000+ image and a higher Network Dim I might be able to get better results.

what will happen if i used this lora on anime/semi real model, will it make anime generation to have semi-real (realistic look) or improve anime detail?

Thanks! Yes agreed. I also want to get a bigger dataset that includes less "perfect" looking faces. My dataset is currently 600+ images but I need to get to 1000+. Actually 2000+ would be nice but its hard to find the right type of image that's both high quality photo and "amateur skin."
My current dataset is from Pinterest a few years ago but sadly Pinterest is all AI these days so its no longer a good source of images for this topic.
@CitronLegacy you know,some ideas could be like leaked pics, early 2014s stuff to professional pictures , maybe on subreddits you could fine more real datasets to avoid synthetic data, but very excited about the updates
