Go Dim 32 Alpha 16. That will bring the LoRA size to 36MBs. No one does 144MB character LoRAs anymore, there's no quality loss with smaller file size.

Thank you for the feedback, I've tried using these settings as suggested, but unfortunately couldn't get a satisfactory result.
And yeah, I might try to make some other characters!
@GenCV Well result also depends on how many images you had in the dataset and how many repeats you had on the folder.
Overall, going dim 32 and alpha 16 has really no quality loss and 36MBs is much better than 144MBs...
Do your own testing to find the best sweet spot for your case, although you can look at my library or any other TOP spot guys that 144MBs is overkill.
