I know that there are already many Ganyu LoRA's, however I wanted to test a new technique using NeverEnding Dream (NED) as a base for training to basically turn an anime character into a real one. This is not trained on cosplay images but just on about 300 Ganyu fanarts.
It's flexible enough to make her in any style (realistic or anime, with a bit of help from style loras for a more dramatic effect) and any outfit and hairstyle. Please check the examples.
Triggers with ganyu \(genshin impact\) usually at weight 1 but might require tuning based on the model you're using it on (sometimes I used 1.2, sometimes 0.65). Works great on NeverEnding Dream and with Korean/Japanese likeness loras, or on any anime model out there.

Just curious what the <lora:ganyu_ned2_offset:1> does at the start of all your prompts?
It's the lora. See the guide in the description
I can't rename the lora with "\" from ganyu \(genshin impact\), perhaps you could change trigger words in next vision.
you don't need to rename the lora as the trigger word. "ganyu \(genshin impact\)" is the standard booru tag for this character. If you're afraid to forget it, you could add it to the lora metadata. Or you could check danbooru/gelboory for ganyu images and see the tag from there
Really nice versatile lora with great explanation. When you use NED to train this did you put picture, illustration or anime in the captions or just leave it blank regarding style of imagery? Does NED understand it naturally?
uhm I think I did add anime style to tags, but you can try both ways
Where can I download NeverEndingDream_ft_mse？I can only find NeverEndingDream, is there any difference between the two？

I agree with him, I remember this lora being very heavy.
@karely_ai this lora has always been 144mb.
@fangpop it's the lora uploded here, I just renamed it before uploading. You generating different images might be for 1000 different reasons.
@Lykon I realized I was talking about Megabytes, but the console showed the weight in Megabits and I confused them XD Sorry, my mistake haha "144MB = 1152Mb".
