Default appearance:
p3toriumi, brown hair, short hair, pink suit, jacket, pantsuit, long pants, earrings, shirt, white shirt, collared shirt, long sleeves,Isako Toriumi, the homeroom teacher and Hermit Social Link in Persona 3.
As always I curated the dataset for this Lora from official artwork, screencaps I took from the P3 movies and portraits & screencaps from the game.
There is way less art of her than I expected so it's not nearly as flexible as I had hoped, considering she's my favorite of the Persona homeroom teachers :( alas, it is what it is. She's on my list to make a V2 if I can scrounge up more images.

The tricky part of this Lora is how you give Toriumi a different outfit besides her teacher attire such as a bikini. Even if you didn’t write her outfit in the prompt, it would often give her a variation of her outfit unless you add it to the negative prompt. But it sometimes still give her a different version of her outfit.
Yeah that's the tricky part. Since there's so little artwork of her I couldn't really separate her outfit from her face. But I learned a few techniques recently that might improve it a bit, so I'll come back and give it an update when I get a minute.
@OneMoreLurker What kind of techniques do you know that can solve this issue?
@boothero24 Just some tweaks to training parameters & a few changes to the dataset. In particular adding a folder of just portraits/face closeups that compromises about 15% of the data can help with keeping the face consistent in other outfits.
If you use screenshots of the characters from the Persona games and animations to make the Loras, have you thought of making Loras based on the background characters?
Anyone in particular you have in mind? I'm not quite sure what you mean by "background characters".
@OneMoreLurker I was thinking of generic characters who have little screen time in the Persona animations such as the swimsuit girls in the Persona 3 movie A Midsummer Knight’s Dream.
@boothero24 Ah yeah, no. There's simply not enough art of those characters to make anything decent. I can give you some advice if you want to try training something yourself.
@OneMoreLurker That’s the thing. Character art is mainly focused on major characters and not minor characters. For example, One piece has a big cast of characters depending on the story arc. The main focus of One Piece’s character design are the Straw Hats. They vary by design from the earliest arc to the time skip. With generic characters such as bystanders and Marine soldiers, they are not too heavy on character design and are usually kept as simple as possible.
I would like to hear some advice though I don’t do training for Stable Diffusion. I only want to hear it for fun.
@boothero24 For something like that you'd want a clothing model. So in Persona's case, you could make a model for each school's uniform so that any character you want can have that uniform on. Or I guess for One Piece (which I have never seen) you could make a model for each iteration of the Straw Hats.
