The Wife of King Rataxes the villain from the Babar Series (Books and Cartoons), it's a Rhinoceros.
Babar cartoons are very good, give it a chance, most of the OC' is done to the Elephants in the series, but there is some fans of the Rhinos.

Babar is so good, one of the best cartoons/books ever made. Pompadour is on my sights, i wanna make him do "Sissy" things.
