I remember when I watched it for the first time forever ago. Back in the day I didn't Suigintou but now she's my favorite character.
Its hard to imagine there was a time when characters didn't say random cute words at the end of their sentences before Suiseiseki's desu.

Lol sorry for the confusion. One is a character Lora and the other is an outfit.
Normally I wouldn't do that but I made both of these Loras specifically because I wanted a character(she gets released tomorrow) to cosplay as Suigintou. The Suigintou character Lora was sort of just an extra thing I wasn't expect it to do get so much attention lol.
In a few days I'll make the character Lora the first one that appears when people load the page.
