7600 steps. Trained in local Kohya install. 4090. Trained on DreamShaper XL1.0 Alpha2. I followed SECourses SDXL LoRA Guide.
Most images were on DreamShaper XL A2 in A1111/ComfyUI. Hi-res fix with R-ESRGAN (1.25) and 0.2-0.4 denoising strength. Upscaled using "4x_NickelbackFS_72000_G" or "4x_NMKD-Siax_200k"

This looks SO much like her. All the other LORAs honestly look nothing like Andrea, not sure why they are rated so high. Yours is the BEST by far.
I've never been able to get any Lora to work although I've tried many different checkpoints, both XL and standard. I'm using Comfy UI and I'm starting to suspect it's invoked differently? All guides say different things, so I'm a bit confused. For instance, should this lora be invoked by <lora:AndreaBotez:1> or by (ohwx woman) ?
