You can use it up to 1.0, but that's pretty extreme. It's trained on a few keywords but it's not super responsive to them. Maybe "deep nose bridge".

You're doing God's work! For the curious, the keywords (though for me the effects did not require keywords): deep nose bridge, sharp nose ridges, big nose bump, deep septum, deep nose ridge. They're in the model metadata.
