Try lowering the weights, also try to use less prompts and adjust the CFG scale accordingly. I usually set it to around 7 but you can try lowering it a bit more. I noticed that you're using Airfuck's wild mix which is a great and versatile model and should be able to generate images with this lora with no problem. Also, what upscaler are you using?

Try using it without the penis lora, depending on what checkpoint model you're using sometimes you don't need penis loras and using it might even mess it up further.. Just use regular prompts for penis..
