Isn't she a Colonel now? I'd think she'd look older given the minimums would take mid 40s. Then again with the way Marvel handles her they probably just tossed "eternal youth" onto her power list.

@trsh3r Yes. The problem isn't less than 2 years passing between the events of comics in 1984 and 2000, it's being told the character is now at least mid 40s and not looking it.
She's got a healing factor, at one point Beast speculated she might live forever, and in one alternate future (which Carol travelled to at one point), she ended up glowing but not ageing a day over the next few decades.
@JackTheLad2 The Power kids also have a healing factor and they... hmm... actually that would explain a lot...
