This LORA will give you "clitanari", which is futanari but with a pussy and no testicles. It's like if a woman's clitoris grew until it became penis-like.
I have to admit that I'm not very good at training and this one seems very over-trained. I'm using Epoch 2 and there's some specific associated words that need to be present to prevent it from freaking out.
Recommendations:
Include all 3 trigger words (Clitanari, futanari, pussy) in your positive prompt
Include "testicles" in your negative prompt
Don't include "realistic" in your positive prompt or you'll get artifacts
