True rules: you can do whatever you want with the generated images, as this model shares the Illustrious license, which makes it very clear that the generated images can be used anywhere, and no "intellectual property" claims can be made regarding the trained model or the generated outputs.
Anyone can use it however they want, including using it as a basis for training other models. In fact, if someone wants to take this model and simply repost it under a different name, they can also do so.

This is true but there's reason why I set this rule
The rule was set to regulate the flow of market that has non-generated contents
In hopes of coexisting with non-generated contents, I thought doing this would prevent flooding entire market with only generated contents
By the way, I don't restrict any of personal uses nor merges but reuploading after renaming it is just cruel
With using other site, I can search whether the model is same or not via sha256 so be aware about that for those who would do it
@Crody I think you misunderstood... I know you can check if the file is the same as yours, but if it is, you can't do anything about it. The model you trained isn't yours, because the base model you used wasn't yours either. That's why the Illustrious license requires that any derivative model have the same license as the original. So everyone can do whatever they want, even if it's cruel, and there's nothing you can do about it, because the moment you decided to use Illustrious as a base, you accepted that agreement and you can't change it.

Even though the rule I set would have no actual power / restriction to the users because of the rule, stating them would help preventing major part of the uses and regulate them
I know they can do whatever they want but as the creator of the model, I can make the report claiming the model if it is already uploaded on the site
One question regarding your Nova Flat XL checkpoint: when looking at showcased pics i don't see any flat color ones. With such a name for this checkpoint i somewhat expected it to focus on flat color renders. But you say "Nova Flat XL is Anime SDXL checkpoint that aims to have flat style: not flat coloring". I don't get what you mean because this is just the difference between 2D and 2.5D renders at this point. So what is the exact purpose of this checkpoint compared to others that you released if flat color renders isn't its main purpose for as far as switching from 2D to 2.5D is also just a matter of tags for the very large majority of checkpoints, 2D, 2.5D or 3D focused?
