a lot of your older ones worked a lot better, these new ones just don't do much of anything. Before I could run it without mentioning anything and the picture would be influenced by the lora. Now its hit or miss, did you set it up differently? Seemed to have started a week or two ago.
No, all my LoRAs are always made the same way. Some LoRAs definitely need a bit more explanation, and we shouldn't forget that SDXL checkpoints don’t always react the same way with every LoRA. If the checkpoint doesn’t have a good base for the trained images, it will have a harder time using my LoRA. Plus, people using them with ponies—well, they don’t all work.
