V2: Tags simplified. From epoch pics it looks like the pleating is a result of other tags, because Miku had them but the generic girls did not.

Made with 18 pics of human girls wearing her dress, and 5 concept art of Amy, Not sure what causes the skirt to be ruffled. Even negatives can't seem to control it and it happens at random (possibly checkpoint dependent?)

V1 description:

Made mainly to test my ability to cram out a LoRA quickly (results weren't timeable because the cleaning on this wasn’t as straightforward as I hoped. Rest still in line with my prior estimates of half an hour with easy data acquisition, no cleaning and uncomplicated tagging). Was going to release this later in the month but I realized that I double booked LoRAs for the 13th instead of releasing them the 13th and 14th and had to release today's previously scheduled LoRA on the 14th to fix the gap, so I just put this into the missing slot.
