Bikini girl probably not, the resolution is too low and upscaling doesn't seem to help in this case & I don't have much experience working with western cartoon characters. @KleeneZ2 Okay maybe I was wrong, I took a look at the dataset you gave me and online for images and I am going to be upfront and say that I don't think Matsuri has enough good images to work with. Color variations are different and the manga panels are pretty "unique" and I think that tends to throw off IL.
