Only has minimal effect for me, even on 1.0
Tried coffeensfw, anything V5 and bloodorange hardcore with no neg. prompt. I only get slightly torn hem on a skirt or jacket or minimal holes in that area. When adding my own prompts like "torn skirt" it gets a bit more ripped, but nowhere near those examples. Still usable, but only for very specific cases.
