This lora recreates an ADVENT officer from the video game XCOM 2.
After the conquest of Earth 20 years before, the Elders (alien overlords) started adapting their newest slave race to serve the totalitarian ADVENT state. To keep the population pacified, "human" soldiers were created, which were in fact mass-produced vat-grown clones. Hundreds of thousands of undesirable people were quietly disappeared to be processed, with the incorporation of just the right amount of alien genes resulting in tough, but human-shaped soldiers. The process also involved cybernetic augmentation, like embedding a control chip for absolute obedience, as well as other useful devices. For example, the contacts on the head directly link to the communication/display systems of the face-covering helmets ADVENT favors to hide the visible evidence of their troops not being normal humans after all.
