Side Chest Pose | サイドチェスト | Illustrious

I wanted to generate pictures of bodybuilders with the side chest pose but there isn't enough training data in Illustrious for it. I made this LoRA to fix that!

PLEASE READ!!:

Use "solo" prompt in addition to the main prompt if you are not generating a muscular character. Due to the LoRA having a lower step count, multiple trigger words are required to get the pose to function correctly. This was a tradeoff I made so the LoRA does not cause style bleed.

Trained with Civitai Online LoRA Trainer

1.0

(Max weight is recommended since the LoRA may be slightly underfitted)

Tips:

• Use Hi-res fix either on civitai generator or locally

• If using Civitai online generator, use the "Face Fix" function on images to increase face detailing.

• If using a local image generator, use an auto detailing extension (like ADetailer) to increase face detailing.
