Comijc ~ ♥
I wanna present to u: Comijc
It is a western comic style inspired merge including semirealistic elements.
The model isn't perfect at all, but as a western comic style fan I tried to create a merge that combines the accents of the style that I like so much with a touch of semi-realism with hard and yet slightly washed out outlines.
So far Comijc has 2 different versions - based on the accents of the western comic style. V1 has a subtle toon touch, while V2 is more drawn in its rendering.

I really like this model. I hope you'll keep working with it. It has such beautiful stylistic influences and excels at media that other models don't do nearly as well. I really like the palettes you can get and the richness of colour. It also gives that satisfying ink line feel that's nice and bold but elegant. Really great to work with.
thank u very much for ur kind feedback :) happy u enjoy the colors and style of comijc ^-^
UGH so good.. where you been all my life.
I love it, thank you
That makes me very happy that u are happy about generating images with it too ^-^
@reijlita glad to hear it, can you tell me the best way (if you know) to get it to more consitantly produce the hard-edge shading type vibe? as opposed the softer gradiated shading etc?
@robovampire So basically I had the impression so far that it gets harder if u don't have any or only a small negative prompt, for example just one "." If I understand u correctly now? ^^ u can also write “hard_outlines” or “rough_lines”. As u determine the color palette, the color intensity also differs.
@reijlita thank u much i appreciate it
This model is fantastic, I have been looking for something like this for illustrious for a while now :D
thank u so much for ur kind words ☺ I am very happy u like the style ^-^
@reijlita really hope you continue developing this, i think i am going to play around a bit more but so far i haven't gotten a bad result (once I actually read the instructions and figured out that you are not suppose to have long negative prompts in there :P)
@purplelady I always switch things up a bit in my merges. Some are designed so that the model is built without negative prompts or that some allow more play to influence the image through negative prompts ^-^ But I'm happy if you have fun generating images
Than you very much for this great checkpoint.
I don´t want to be an annoyance, but can you pretty please make this checkpoint be available for on-site generation?
I've been exploring this checkpoint for a few days and it is really really really good. What I appreciate a lot is the semi realistic rendering of faces - no pointed chins, for example. Is there a way (an embedding, for example, or a LoRA) to reduce that effect in general (meaning with other checkpoints, too)? Thank you very much for your work.
Thank u for the suggestion, sounds like an idea ☺
The dozen patricians alongside myself who have good taste and realize anime-style is lazy, adore this model.
This is a fantastic checkpoint - but, every once in awhile, I generate images with the color scheme all wrong (people with orange skin, for example). Any advice?
Thank u, have u written anything about skin or color palette or color type?
@reijlita No, but I will try. Thank you! I will also try to finetune my prompts regarding lighting, because sometimes the checkpoint darkens the scene unrequested. Never mind though, it happens. We all know it. And such a good checkpoint is worthy of an extra prompting effort. Will you address these issues in version 3.0, maybe?
