You have to use a VAE, no VAE is baked in. Works best with SDXL base or low CFG for other models
Description
This version is totally retrained with different source images and at higher res, the result is a much more versatile model. I have had so many versions in between it was hard to decide which to release. I have a couple others from this set with less steps I like as well, and one trained with dynavision as the base model. However, this one is base model SDXL 1.0 with VAE.
I have one that is 80% of this on training if you find this overtrained let me know.

Using this in combination with comfy and controlnet canny XL is seriously amazing
The combo of this plus A1111/roop is pretty slick. You need to edit out the nudity detection to make it work. But then you could try out yourself with different bodies.
This works, but it doesn't just make penis. It also affects the chest of the guy, adding a particular musculature and a very recognizable chest hair pattern that you can even see in all the example pictures here, all their chest hair is in an identical pattern. This is a shame, since it overrides any other changes to the body you try to make by altering the prompt.

(v1.3b) For anyone having issues, I've mucked around with a lot of models and I've found that a strength of 0.5 works well with the some combination of:
(1 penis)--you'll often get two without this, and
(erect penis) of some strength--I've had to go all the way up to 2. The dick may not even be erect, but it will be present.
If you go any higher than 0.5 in the LoRA, you'll get the schlong, but it will overtake your style hardcore.
Adding anything to negatives will result in sadness and a missing dick, so put as few things in there as possible.
