OUTDATED AND NO LONGER NEEDED: Most modern NSFW SDXL checkpoint finetunes can now properly do this pose. Just going to leave it up for legacy purposes.

Trigger word - Legs up and crossed at the ankles (If you're not getting the pose to show up, its likely due to your prompt being too long; too many tokens, add weight to it or add more natural language to the prompt emphasizing the pose like 'lifting her feet and legs up straight in the air vertically'). I have a very bad habit of using far too many tokens myself because I'm crazy, and often have to use a heavy weight like (car:1.4).

This is just a helper lora for a NSFW pose. I made this Lora because I desperately wanted this pose to be consistent without constantly depending upon controlnet. Most modern NSFW checkpoints already have an understanding of this pose, but I find that all realistic checkpoints struggle to properly draw the connection between the ankles when the ankles cross and it mutates the feet into odd directions, or misaligned feet. This lora should fix that, you may still get a few mutations once in every 5 generations, but it should be cut down significantly with this lora.

The training data has a lot of high heels in it, so I'm not sure how well it will do with bare feet.

NOTE: You can use a lower weight, but ankles wont be crossed, the lora may help just lifting her legs up at a much lower weight.

NOTE 2: This LORA was trained on -The Araminta Experiment (SDXL) 'Fv4'-. If you want the maximum compatibility with this lora, use it in conjunction with that checkpoint.

NOTE 3: Testing around, Ive found that this lora is not very compatible with a few other loras, they tend to break each other. So you will have to fish around for a compatible lora if you intend to use multiple loras together.

    Description

Epoch 31 - Still beta testing it to see which weight works the best. So far 0.7 is doing fine. A weight of 1.0+ starts to degrade the image, and any weight below 0.5 starts to lose its effectiveness as the ankles start to deform again like it does without the lora.

Epoch 31 is a kinda over-trained, Ive noticed more muscular women and sharper facial features vs. Epoch 15.
