So this is Noelle from the game the game seems to be a bit older and she also has a lot of skins but there are only like 2-4 pictures for every skin so skins are not going to happen unfortunately.

Keyword is "Noelle" and works on 1.0 if you go lower some things might not be displayed right anymore. I haven't tried other outfits but i think this works if you change it to like 0.6

Because her outfit is pretty weird it can sometimes fail in being too long or giving her something like a veil or the barcode showing not in the right place but most of the time it works properly.
