GH3 Casey gets a lot of well-deserved love for her design, but this look for Judy was always memorable to me too.

Various screenshots of her in different areas and on each instrument (Guitar/bass, drums, vocals) were used as reference. As a result, the Lora does a good job incorporating vivid stage lighting and post-processing, though I recommend lowering it to .9-ish if you want it to be more accurate in replicating different expressions or art styles.
