Please go easy on me...this is not only my first XL lora but it is also trained from pictures of my own penis.
I used 16 *pov from the top (photos of my erect penis) Including: a range of lighting, hardness, veins, blurry (for more real photo effect), and mostly retracted foreskin. All cropped out from original images to only have a pure white background. Not sure if this was the best method but so far I am getting results that I like.
It is a little unstable, but I thought I would share it with the community regardless.
The idea was to train it as an object so it could be used more in POV scenarios (dick picks, cock worships, dildos, random objects, monster cocks, etc) I am defiantly not nearly as skilled in Lora training as this community, but I am trying to learn.
My keywords used in the captions for training were as follows (I'm sure I didn't do this exactly right but you can still get some fun results): object, gd simple background, white background, hetero, erection, penis, male focus, veins, blurry, veiny penis, uncensored, disembodied penis, depth of field, blurry background, no humans, large penis, sex toy, 1boys, transparent background, 1boy, censored, still life, big penis, long penis

Maybe we should colaborate. I am trying something in the same direction. Sleeves. But i had no luck with 1.5. The hardest part is surely the captioning. I had given up on that. But I just trained a different lora for SDXL that turned out nice. This together with your post inspires me to go on the sleeve dataset again and give it another try with sdxl.

@goldendickpic The concept is or are penis sleeves. See www.perfectsleeve.de. I think my last tries did not work out because of the captions. And the class and instance prompt. I probably should take Penis as the class prompt. But it needs to be a model that has already a concept of a penis.
@chrisbraeuer41172035 I have never seen those before, kinda cool...I could see how that could be fun in ai art. And yes I know what you mean about penisless base models (have you tried making your own regularization set of images?) I would just save all those product shots and any images you want of people wearing them and use them in your regularization folder when training. Also note: I used 67 regularization images of my own penis when training my lora...and considering the model I used to train my lora didn't seem to have a very good idea of what a penis was, it definitely did a great job at learning mine. So maybe treat it like an object use "penis" then describe each sleeve model IE (penis blue colored, snake scales, veiny texture, made of rubber, "RexBaby") or you could try some crazy prompt hacking like [penis:blue plastic snake:0.5] I look forward to seeing your tests...also feel free to use my lora if needed (maybe you can merge it into your base model, so it has SOME idea of what a penis is)

@goldendickpic I have tried your LoRA, it is a mixed bag for me, but it is not because of the LoRA at all. It works as you intended. I am working to get natural anatomy working for SDXL. I dont really stop by Civit much, let me know if you have a preferred form of communication. I am more often on Discord and Reddit.

@goldendickpic Hey! Cool Lora, would you consider changing the name a tiny bit? There's already a GD.Safetensor that's some celeb I've never heard of - and also he deleted his from civitai. So the platform I use is totally confused between the 2 same named Loras and now yours gets flagged as celeb and unusable with nsfw and is rendered unusable on Mage. Can't get rid of the other model as it's somehow locked! But as of now, no one can use your LoRa on Mage because it thinks it's a celeb model and obvi a nsfw topic which aren't allowed to mix and get stopped. Wah wah.

Somewhere in that file it still wants to call it <Lora:GD:1>, if I could post a screenshot of Mage's ui saying I've already imported this model > followed by hitting edit model (description or thumbnail) > and it takes me to that darn Gérald Darmanin LoRa again! I guess it can't get past the Lora:GD part. But I've been pestering mage about it for a week and hopefully they'll work it out if it's not something do-able on this end. Wah-wah.
