Please ❤️ this model and leave a review if you like it, it makes a massive difference!
Training this model took countless days and hundreds of dollars; your support is more than appreciated! Special thanks to @HailoKnight , @pixelworld_ai and @Temporarium for their massive support.
BriXL is a fine-tuned model with a special focus on science fiction and cinematic vibes. Its imperfection is what makes it shine! It has been trained on a lot of my original content as well as cinematic materials.
It is extremely good at making mechanical objects and giving a cinematic lighting without too much contrast or abusive color vibrance while giving you style flexibility from cartoon-ish to full photorealistic scenes.
While this is a first release, BriXL is a constant work in progress for as long as I got the funds to keep the training running. If you enjoy the model, please leave a review, if you don't like it, please tell me why!
I am fine with merges as long as you credit me
Description
v1 Alderaan had issues when mixing with LoRAs that bothered me a lot so I started from scratch with a different approach, this version is much more consistent and gives the cinematic vibes I was looking for when making v1 but couldn't quite achieve.

Sounds great.
I love the cinematic look, any prompt and technical info if possible?
I'll try it out.
Thanks
Morning @Suzanne , thank you for your feedback!
I just noticed all my prompts disappeared despite Civit detecting them last night....
I will modify the model description later to explain this information but here are my recommendations:
CFG Scale >=7
Steps >30
Scheduler: Euler or DPM variants
Prompting:
- Keep your prompting simple, it will take long complex prompt without issues but in my experience, shorter prompts give better results with all SDXL checkpoints.
- Use 'cinematic' as an adjective for certain parts of your prompt: 'cinematic shot', 'cinematic lighting' etc,
- Other cinema-related tags can help like 'imax', 'picturesque'
- The checkpoint has a strong bias towards science fiction so adding 'science fiction' will emphasize that very much
I hope it helps for now until Civit can fix their ComfyUI problem...
Hey @Suzanne I added pictures with prompts to inspire you, hope it helps !
Just a suggestion, I don't download checkpoints that 1. don't note the merges, 2. don't post sample prompts
1- There are no merges to note since this is a trained model. 2- the prompts are in the generation data as usual and will show up if you paste the node data into ComfyUI
lol
@VolatileSupernova very funny, and for those who use A1111, how do they do that?
@VolatileSupernova Even so, I agree with the intent of the comment - it'd be real nice if we got some info on the dataset the model was trained on and what else might have been done with it.
Good morning!
As stated by @VolatileSupernova there are no merge notes as there is no merge, this is a trained model from various cinematic content as well as my OC as stated in the model description.
As for the sample prompts missing, this is an ongoing issue from Civit not picking up ComfyUI data consistently. So if you could please go upvote the issues related to this on the feedback site, it would be of great help:

Thank you again for your feedback !
I'd just like to add that when I uploaded my pictures yesterday, the prompt was detected on half of them by Civit and now they all disappeared so the problem seem to be worse than I expected...
@Suzanne You learn how to use comfyUI in the meantime.
For everybody following this, I added a new post with prompts that I entered manually with quickly generated pictues.
Since the model main pictures should be somewhat more impressive I will update the main model pictures with prompts later today
@braintacles Thank you for that.
I'm not trying to reproduce your images but just understand how the models I download work.
I'll test it today and let you know what I think.
@Aphecks NO, SORRY !!!
obvious troll
Really great job on this one!!
Thank you so much Hailo!
Thank you for the effort. Liked! Please keep it up and ignore the naysayers
Thanks a bunch! I love it! Lots of fun doing science fiction cinematic prompts.
All thanks to you @synaqk ! I have watched all your posts lately and it's truly humbling to see you enjoy the checkpoint so much and making such beautiful shots! Loving it ❤️
@braintacles It's partly just damn cool to see what this checkpoint is capable of and also just sharing prompts to inspire others to make some incredible stuff with it. I am absolutely adoring the old school hand-crafted anime style I've been able to produce with it, even if it isn't the intention for this checkpoint.
Sorry if I'm posting too much hehe, still only posting maybe a quarter of the stuff I've made, it's been difficult to pick the best/most interesting stuff out. Really hope this checkpoint gets picked up by more people!
