Note: I'm not the creator of Chilloutmix, I've just decided to try to port Chilloutmix to SDXL by fine tuning on its images I've scraped and their respective prompts. You're welcome to try the same and chances are, you'll probably do a better job than me here: I trained this LoRA on a free colab and generated all of these sample images on my laptop's 6 GB GPU using ComfyUI.

I'm likely going back to SD 1.5 for now but I may try refining this one from time to time; in the meantime, this model will be provided as-is and you're free to try to improve on mine.
