This lora recreates a Muton Berserker from the video game XCOM 2.
Starting out with their muton shock troops, the Elders chose to further push the biology of the species, resulting in the creation of the berserkers. Through genetic tampering and cybernetic augmentation, these beasts are grown to twice the size of regular mutons, giving them monstrous strength and heavy armor plates built right into their bodies. Constantly being kept in a red haze of rage and violence, this comes at a cost of being able to have any clear thought - which the alien overlords do not care for in their underlings in any case, so they're content to have berserkers as monsters of destruction to be unleashed on the unfortunate.

Note: The groove under the skull plate should not hold any eyes - the eyes are the 10 round dots on the skull plate, with an intended number of 5 on each side, in a single row. AI being what it is, you'll likely have extra eyes (or rows of them), but thankfully, those are easy enough to edit out on the fairly uniform white skull plate.
