This is the second experiment for a character lora workflow. The idea was to:

1. Have an ai write an empty character sheet with details about age, appearance, and a full backstory.

2. Have the ai fill out that template with a simple prompt of "fill out the sheet for a fairy called Lirael, a Timekeeper Fairy"

3. Generate an image using that character sheet as a prompt (this time I only did one to see if it would work from a single video.)

4. Used that image with kling image to video.

5. wrote a quick python script to split the video in to frames grabbing and saving every 2nd frame from the video.

6. trained a flux lora off of the images.

Comments:
This version was testing if I could get away with using a single image and resulting video. The results are good for the character itself, but the images do have a tendency to copy the same background as the video. Going forward I will be using 4 starter images and resulting videos as the different backgrounds do seem improve usability. This model can still do different backgrounds, but you have to extensively describe the background. Another note is that when the character is facing away from the viewer the wings mess up. To fix this I will be using video descriptions specifying the character is spinning or turning around to try improving different angled shots.
