I really didn't want to share this yet. Not because I want to hold out or anything, I just think it wasn't good enough yet.
To me it's at best a 5% improvement on my gens, at worst a placebo... Hence why I didn't feel like sharing it.
However, snce many of you asked I will share it, but as a beta test version so you can use it, give me your feedback, and tell me if it's good enough.

According to recent feedback, it would appear that this embedding works best for portrait-type pictures, or fashion shots.

For me it looks promising
The only thing is that it changes the composition (best example is the comparison of the girl in the one-piece swimsuit), but that could be solved by only using it as embedding for inpaint tasks for like the face.
But despite that, another great job.
And heads up, you've trained so much great models that this will be finished sometime.

What is it actually doing? I see how it changes the picture and generally the 2nd one is a little better, but I'm not clear on exactly what it's doing differently.
could i ask which one embedding is "beautiful"?

Genuinely love this embedding, i kinda feel like it improved the overall camera angle as well, i'm consistently getting good cowboy shots and the details are cool
