Work best with Anythingv3 (other models may give odd face)

You can keep the model with a weight of 1 because most result turn well with it. However, lowering the weigth can help with more complex image.

If you want to generate futanari, you'll have to use another lora for it, but this lora should work with them since futanari images was use for the training (You could also use a hentai checkpoints but it may be more inconsistent)
