Tested with other LORA due to lack of information.... Let me share some this isn't what it was made for info instead.
I ran this on manmaruMix v1.0 with 3M SDE Karras. Oddly, euler and a karras gave bad results some reason (surprised me actually given the art style usually works better with one of those). Had to remove all negative prompts for best results. And I tested on two gwens because I'm not playing too much with it atm.
LORA 1: Gwen from Ben 10 (original series early in seasons). Good LORA that works across checkpoints & does the original style well thus I just used it scrolling through for something I know works since I tested it when I was blown away with how well it worked.
It made a cute chibi with simple background like the samples the creator showed but not exactly the same. Needed extra prompts of eye color, mouth, and expression else the sticker stole it. Worked better at 3 or 5 CFG vs 7. Worked better at higher steps than lower. I ran Gwen LORA at 1 the whole time and sticker at 0.75 and had good results. Could probably tweak values for better results but worked good just like that so didn't test farther as was just testing it.
LORA 2: Gwen from the spiderverse movies (3D CGI). Never used the LORA and this was a weird LORA with no trigger but it worked so yeah...
Made very cute chibis but even prompting for simple backgrounds only worked half the time else you had a cute background effect. Hair required extra prompting to look better, you know you can't remake her hair in a prompt, but wasn't too bad otherwise. It tried to lean into childish outfits like overalls/suspenders unless prompted but doesn't fight when prompted ("spidergwen super hero suit," worked flawlessly each result to give her an outfit minus the hood). With gwen weight at 1, CFG at 7 was less chibi and pushed the gwen lora more. CFG 5 or 3 pushed chibi more. Gwen at 0.75 pushed the sticker LORA but still gwen style at sticker @ 0.3, pushed chibi more but yet not sticker at @0.6, and gave me more chibi sticker levels at 0.9 finally.
End result, this makes some cute af results and plays well with other LORA. Even did 3D well enough. It adjusts fairly well prompting other things as well like outfits and hair style (if you can prompt it...) so your prompting has control and not the LORA which is good. Sadly, the creator shared no information on their samples to use this extremely well as intended but oh well. It is still a fun LORA to grab and play with if you want something cute. If it is update to another version, you may wish to grab both if it loses the versatility when updated because I am rather happy to have this LORA just in case. Good work PikaDesigner. Not sure if this was what you intended but love it either way.
EDIT: Added 3 samples. No highres.fix. Not fixing of any type. Just some base results to give you an idea as everyone fixes their results differently. Negative prompt is "((Asian:1.4))," in all of them just in case checkpoints lean this way. Pos prompt has "COLOR eyes, smile, open mouth" in all of them to match the sticker and "simple background" in spidergwen's images because it was required. Very basic results for testing and not what your "best" results will be I hope so try it yourself if it interests you.
Thank you so much for the detailed review!
@PikaDesigner np, I'll add to this.
real human embeddings & real human lora don't flow with this. I tried mr bean, bob ross, the rock, ect. none worked even slightly. Most I got was puffy hair via bob ross. I also tried some random females including e-girls since they're more sticker/chibi looking. Most it did was alter their hair color. Nothing produced real results and most didn't even influence the result in the slightest. It may work on other checkpoints better, but that is for someone else to test as I am just playing around a bit.
"simple background," and optional prompting IS required to produce decent results with most LORA. Harley Quinn (the animated series) required that, prompts, and a ton of tweaking. But any 3D & below LORA should mostly work fine. I even did a TMNT off the 3D movies via LORA and it worked fine (but not flawless). Not 100% sure why real human LORA won't work the same or barely at all if that does but oh well.
If you do make another version, try doing it without any type of speech bubbles and such items. A simple photoshop removal should do the trick. I believe this may be causing some issues with producing backgrounds and other issues when adding in other LORA. I also notice it producing some off results now and then when not using any other LORA so it's not due to using it with other LORA.
