Simply Sybian - Bouncing Edition

Being one of my first LORAs, my techniques weren't as honed, and having some trouble getting WAN training on the road, I decided to clean this old set up and retrain. so say hello again to bouncing!

Pair this bad boy with the Brutal Dildo 4.2.0 version... works really well :D

and back to the past

The goal was to train a stable Sybian LORA focusing on a bouncing motion. Being my first attempt at training I've gone through a lot of trial and error, collection and editing activities, captioning, re-captioning, re-re-captioning.

I trained two models. The first one contained around 100 videos (25fps/70frames/384^2) with a variety of angles and positions. at 5e-7 with 150 warm up steps, left running for 1.5 days, 80 epochs, 5400 steps. The loss curve was not great! (maybe I'll add it later), but it was downward. all-e50 is the 50 epoch version I posted temporarily. Anyway, it works pretty well, but seems rigid. I'm not sure I need to upload it because...

I also trained a second model, only 11 videos (25fps/50frames/320^2), with the same learning rate and warm up. This one took ~8(?) hours, and it's just awesome.

The videos in the showcase should all include the ComfyUI workflow with a healthy wildcard prompt that works for most cases (when it doesn't contradict itself...).

v0.2

received a more normalized data set and was trained for twice as long. So far quality of the results look very good but I am not so sure about the flexibility. I revisited tagging (so tedious) and so this should be better now too.

Quick'n'dirty training on a bunch of badly captioned 4 second videos at 25fps. Still, it works, and for some reason this one seems to be able to generate girthier dildos...
