This lovely and beautiful model is from the series Yu-Gi-Oh GX episode 39 titled "The Dark Scorpions." She is the only female of the Dark Scorpions and is a level 4 warrior type monster with 1000 attack points and 1800 defense points. She is also disguised as a school nurse.
