Ok, after a few minutes to hanging out on the Civitai features, I've discovered that the "Commercial Use" have 4 choices and you may chosed the "None" choice. You can visit the "Commercial Use" via the "Edit Model" and change the "Commercial Use" to "Use on Civitai generation service" and press "Save".
