This is purely experimental. This is my first attempt at creating a LoRA and it was trained using merely 8 images with CivitAi default settings, so don't go expecting great results.
I did it mostly because nobody had trained a Tag Force protagonist Lora yet (as far as I know).

You appear to have set the weight for on-site usage to 40. That makes it unusable. The default if you leave the fields blank (something like min possible of negative 1, max possible 2, default 1) is generally sufficient for virtually all LoRAs (certain "slider" type LoRA can have larger range, and some LoRAs will need a 0.8 strength, but those tend to be fairly advanced). To change this, click "Edit" to the right of "Details"
Edit: While I can't use it (for the above and site being broken as I add this), I don't recommend not having a trigger word on a character LoRA. 8 is definitely under what I recommend for a character. For one outfit, I'd recommend somewhere in the 20s (if you get to 30, I'd cull the lower quality images before adding more). Luckily, there's plenty of art for this character (though you may need to do some basic cropping and erasing stuff off a white BG). Search Pixiv for "コナミ君" and you'll find plenty of fanart. There's also a female version that shows up as a portrait in some PS3/360 games, which might be helpful to add (with "genderswap (mtf)" as a tag), though I've never seen a clean rip of it. I can (of course) recommend my guide on making LoRAs and can try to answer any questions you have on the process
