This is inpainting not genning. Inpaint by painting the eye then generating with the prompt above. It is not perfect results are always going to be random just gen until you like it is all I can say.
This is my 4th or 5th attempt at making this lora so know that it was way worse before this iteration.

Good start. I don't know what goes into making this work with more than just inpainting, but I had good results inpainting so far.
The model seems to be very biased to yellow or red eyes, and has a tendency to prefer glowing eyes. Not surprising given the training data you likely used, but it made it difficult to use for a character I wanted to have black sclera and white irises. I ended up having to use photoshop to turn down the saturation in the eyes instead.
Ah did you try just going with what it gens and manually changing the color using photo editing? There is indeed a bias towards yellow and red. As blue and green etc other colors are definitely not as common.
@Numeratic That's what I meant by turning down saturation. I got orange eyes and just removed all saturation until I got close enough to white.
I wasn't really looking for help either, just wanted to leave comments for other people who might use your LoRA and perhaps give you more information if you decided you wanted to keep training.
