By request, the green-haired delmo commander from the Agent Aika series. I haven't attempted a whole lot of outfits yet, but it does seem to really like her puffy sleeves. Likely due to nearly every appearance in the anime, she's in the uniform.

You're right, I'm rather surprised she's not out there. I'll definitely make one of her, she's my 2nd favorite in R-16 after Risako.
