Rose Mary from the Asura Blade and Asura Buster arcade games.
Both games are fun and have interesting rosters. If I had to give the edge to one of them, I'd say it would be Asura Buster, but I miss some characters from Asura Blade, Footee especially.
Rose Mary was my favourite character in both games, though. Her design was changed a bit for Asura Buster, making her even more fanservicey.
Her sword is not very stable, it tends to want to show up in random shapes and styles. She also tends to hold it, so negative tagging: holding, holding sword should help somewhat.
