Great work! I have been looking for her model for a while.
One suggestion - maybe tag her pink cardigan and nurse uniform so they can be turned off as needed, and put on other clothes. Right now Sayoko is tied to her clothes and isn't very flexible. She also appears in casual outfit and yukata in the Persona 4 anime. Maybe add those screenshots as training data would reduce the bias towards her outfits.
@phageoussurgery439 that was my original plan but unfortunately because of the small amount of screen time for both casual and yukata the quality of the model would change. I can also only find 720p rips of the anime. If you are having trouble with the cardigan/nurse outfit try lowering the strength of the model and remove any tags that are part of the outfit. I can generate her with other clothing really well so it shouldn't be an issue. (I have tried stuff like maid outfit, long dress, basketball jersey, gym clothes, and a bikini)

thanks for working on the persona social link characters when not many others would! any thoughts of continuing down the line with someone like ai ebihara, for example? i know ms. toriumi might be planned since i saw you made a comment about waiting for the p3 remake to come out, but just thought i'd ask.
I'm planning on continuing and if people don't beat me to it, I would like to make some of the personas. Currently I'm trying to get Coach Hiraguchi to work from Persona 5 Royal but there is zero fanart or art in general. It's very hard to do currently.
@guy907223982 sounds really ambitious. i'll be here to support you the whole way through! i know that smt demon models are starting to pop off now thanks to one creator, so i'd imagine that once you've gotten most minor persona characters finished, you'd be joining those ranks and making the output of quality models even faster.
