You can preffer use version V2.1. It produce realistic images, without many of bugs.
Version 1.0 is only Beta preview of model for generating females, sitting on gynecologocal chair. Good for combination with LoRA Gynchair, like this

Be patient, please, this beta can generated some extra legs / hands and/or ugly deformed foots. Sorry, it is only beta version :)

It works.
I wont mix your two Lora as you said, because the probabilty to have legs malformation becomes high. Just use this one, and it works rather well.
