What does these model contain?

This model helps to generate better images of this type, with better quality, at least that is what I have seen in the tests I have done. I recommend generating images at a resolution of 1024x1024, 896x1152 or 1152x896 and use a force of 0.6 to 0.8 on this Lora, beacuase I obtained good results in that resolution with that force in the Lora, you can also use other Loras that help such as torso control, stage, etc. Anyway, use it however you like 😊.
